• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.

10 Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The jlber Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. jlber does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, jlber requires all applicants to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Where jlber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 21 years of age, it will suspend the account and request documentary proof of age. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
