1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlber platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and promotional features — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jlber's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlber platform. jlber reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jlber with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and jlber relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jlber, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jlber or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlber, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jlber reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jlber may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements will be immediately closed, and all balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jlber. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jlber is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account or uses your login credentials.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jlber's support team immediately. jlber will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

jlber reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that jlber deems harmful to the platform or other players.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlber are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlber supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlber account instantly.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.
• jlber does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jlber may request government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. jlber aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jlber reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

jlber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond jlber's reasonable control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jlber may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all jlber promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of promotional mechanics is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• jlber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jlber reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j lber platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by jlber.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlber staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility status at any point during registration or subsequent use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

jlber cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlber platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jlber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlber platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without jlber's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the platform.
• Use any jlber trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of jlber's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlber, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jlber platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information that are corrected promptly upon discovery.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlber reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the original stake to the player's account. This shall constitute jlber's sole liability in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlber's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

jlber is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and jlber takes seriously its obligation to help players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jlber players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time spent and amount wagered during your current session.

10 Termination and Suspension

jlber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Conduct that jlber reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or jlber's reputation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jlber reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jlber account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlber, you agree to first contact jlber's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jlber will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlber from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

For matters relating to gaming regulation and licensing, jlber operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jlber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlber will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jlber platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a jlber player.
